I am glad you are here! We’ll get to me in a bit, but first, I want you to know that this blog is all about you! The skills you want to learn. The goals you want to achieve. And the tips and tricks you need to get where you want to in life. Apart from the blog posts that give you useful information, there are videos, free downloads and a lot of other awesome content to help you get ahead in your life and career.

And then of course, there’s me! I am the founder of this blog and company. A soft skills and communication trainer for 16 years, I believe in the transformative power of training. I am passionate about helping you reach your potential by acquiring skills that’ll keep you ahead of the competition. I consider it my mission to help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

I have been a blogger for a decade now and a mentor to many women’s communities. I have an MBA from Symbiosis University. I have trained across industries and geographical locations and am comfortable in most cultures.
