I’m Suman, and my mission is to unlock your professional genius, empowering you to excel as a confident communicator and an effective presenter.
Like every other kid, I wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. I practised with pillows as my students and walls as my blackboard.
Although, life eventually did not turn the pillows into real people, I did find my vocation making a difference to people’s life through my expertise.
As a fresh faced literature graduate in 2002, I could still choose to become a teacher…but life had other plans. I started coaching CAT aspirants and worked on the foundations of my craft for 5 years.
I am not just certified – we’ll talk about it in a minute – but also experienced in training and coaching corporates and individuals through customised programs.

Apart from spending thousands of hours in training programs, I have an international Train The Trainer certification from Dale Carnegie and an advanced Trainer The Trainer from IIM, Indore.
I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from Erickson International.
My love for public speaking led me to pursue a certification in Dynamic Public Speaking from the University of Washington.
I was also among the top 200 creators chosen by Linkedin in India for their first Creator Accelerator Program. I am also the Linkedin Top Voice 2023 for career growth.
In my illustrious career of 2 decades, I’ve been a trainer, blogger, coach, YouTuber, entrepreneur and creator – not in that order.
